Breakfast

For the past few years I've been skipping breakfast. I started this habit of eating just once a day for a long time and kind of noticed myself indulging unhealthy foods after a few hours which is not very healthy. Though I knew that breakfast is the most important meal, I still ignored it. The day seems very long for me every time I skipped breakfast because I'm always feeling tired and my body and brain doesn't have much fuel. I thought skipping breakfast is a common strategy for losing weight, but been realizing it's not a smart one. Many people believed that they will lose weight if they skipped the important meal of the day, but that just isn't true; the body expects to be refueled a few times each day starting with breakfast.
