Short-Term Memory Loss
Did you know that repeat reading can improve the function of your brain? For a couple of years now I have had short term memory loss and I don't like it a bit. As I learned from searching through internet and from my medical field experience, I took supplements, repeated words, tried to have eight hours of sleep everyday, don't drink alcohol, and read more often and it seems to have helped bring my memory back which is very good because nobody wants to be forgetful even for a short period of time.
