Sneaky

In the middle of the night, my husband ussually get up to eat some snacks. The problem is, he likes to eats chocolates or something sweet which is not very healthy and at the same time can interfere the sleeping method because of course, as you all know it has a lot of caffeine in it besides fats. My husband is not a bulky man, but he is gangly kind a guy and I loved him so much! Always remind him not to eat too much sweets in the middle of the night, but that's what he always craves for at night which is weird. I started baking something that he can grab for his midnight snacks or cook something filling so he can have a better sleep because he always had trouble going back to sleep.
