Toast and Egg

In the morning, I liked to toast a bread, spread it with butter on the other side and sprinkle it with garlic powder and also fried an egg for my early energy routine. Having two slices of toasted bread has a ten grams of fiber and also gives me an equal calcium of 1-8 ounce glass of milk. I also liked to fry my eggs until it looks good in round shaped and can be pierced with a fork and not gooey. When I eat my toasted bread and fried eggs for breakfast I felt satisfied and energetic and not be able to get hungry really quick because I have eaten the most important meal of the day.
